GTM's "Women in Coffee Entrepreneurs Microfinance Fund" provides funds to establish microfinance for small scale women entrepreneurs in production countries like Guatemala, Ethiopia, El Salvador, etc. Using a copyrighted "Learning Loan Microfinance Manual" the fund supports training in business literacy and teaches women who may have never had a loan in their name secure and manage a loan. Partnering with the "International Women in Coffee Alliance (IWCA)", GTM will provide the funds to IWCA Chapters to set up and manage a revolving microfinance loan.
